L'Osteria in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz

Ordered a pizza yesterday for the first time at 5.45 p.m. The pizza came at 6:25 p.m. If this was communicated it would be ok. But there was no information about it. In addition, the pizza was ice cold (4 minutes drive). Pizza night is no fun like this.

Already ordered here several times. Last at noon today. Price-performance ratio absolutely justified, so I don't understand the bad comments in this regard, prices are openly on display. The delivery was perfect, the driver was very nice and the delivery came after just 20 minutes.Thank you for the little gifts you sent me, I have never seen anything like this in Neumarkt. I'm very happy that the losteria delivers. There's something different about the whole pizza delivery service. Losteria can come up with something else in terms of the offer.

Pizza was delivered ... that the delivery took 75 minutes was announced and is okay ... that the delivery arrived freezing cold shouldn't happen ... The journey is a maximum of 5 minutes. Worst of all, however, was the fact that the driver had dropped the pizza or handled it improperly ... the pizza arrived with almost no toppings ... it was next to the pizza in the box

So really sad, we actually order from you every other day! Each time a panacotta .. Sometimes more sometimes less good .. But what came today is really a laughing stock! Hardly any sauce! Until almost none! Two half strawberry pieces! Often there is no inside at all! I am really disappointed!

Ordered food online and got it delivered very quickly. Unfortunately some things were forgotten. After a quick phone call, I got my order complete and a little extra as an apology. Fast delivery, very warm and delicious food and great service!

Order online, pay online and have it delivered. Went very quickly and without any problems. The food arrived warm and tastes delicious. Gladly again! 👍

We have already ordered several times, so far everything has always worked, but on November 26th it was inedible. The pizza was black below and tasted burnt. There were also greasy puddles on the pizza. I ordered half tuna, half salsiccia spicy and one complete as salsiccia spicy, and there were 4 pieces of salami on the pizza, and only a little bit of tuna on the edge (almost only onions). And all for 26 €. I have already written feedback on the website but unfortunately didn't even get an answer, very disappointing.

The food is delicious, but you really shouldn't be really hungry with the pasta dishes. These are more like children's portions. Price-performance ratio is definitely in need of improvement. The pizzas are large, but relatively sparse, so at first glance they are more than in other restaurants, but actually about the same. Unfortunately, due to the high ceilings, it is very noisy in the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff is also expandable.

Very, very tasty and also very large pizzas. The starters, the other dishes as well as the desserts are absolutely delicious. Very pleasant ambience. We recommend.

The last time I gave 3 stars and had to correct myself down again. First the (little) positive: service is good, nothing special but not bad either. 2 stars because the pizzas are big but not particularly tasty, especially in direct comparison to other offshoots of the chain there are big differences. Here on a pizza salmone (or as it is called here) there are a few measly cubes of salmon that taste like nothing. Ordered twice, disappointed twice. Just ordered something again, salad with prawns for around 11 €. Quite a bit of money for a salad with 5 small prawns that don't taste like much. In other restaurants you can get a salad for a similar price that lives up to its name, in which you don't have to divide up the few shrimp exactly. Just sad. I have no idea how such shops manage to get more than 4 stars on average, absolutely nonsensical.

We have known L'Osteria for a few years and were really impressed at the beginning. But everything has changed a little over time. The management doesn't seem to have everything under control. The pizzas are often weak, the knives don't cut, the chairs are a bit old, the toilets too ....... We are no longer satisfied ....

In terms of taste, it is really great, they can just do pizzas. The service was really bad for that ... Think I'm crazy, but personally I find it too long if I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get something to drink and it took almost an hour to finish my pizza was. I might have understood it halfway if the shop had been jam-packed on a Saturday evening. But no, there were relatively few guests. In addition, I don't understand why the waitress assigned us to the seat in the last corner, there was a lot more free ... Accordingly, it took a while until anyone came behind. I've now been thinking between two and three stars, but the food is just too delicious for 2 stars!

Go there for dinner now and then and couldn't really complain. However, it wasn't like that yesterday. At first I got the wrong salad, which I didn't order. We sat upstairs, where no waiter showed up for the next 10 minutes. I then decided to eat the salad anyway, because we were still hungry and I didn't want to eat alone. We knew the waitress afterwards, but who denied it and didn't go into it. When paying it came to almost 40 € where we only had a pizza, salad, cola and lemonade and even after counting we didn't get the betrah. Of course, mistakes can happen to everyone from time to time and in times of stress you can quickly type something wrong into the “computer”, but you are still a little disappointed. The food was of course great as always.

I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. A pizza salami with rocket and a pizza ham / salami. The taste of the pizzas was ok, but the price was like I had ordered in a 5 star restaurant. 29.60 € for two pizzas and that in Neumarkt? Are you serious??? Calculate salami for ham pizza in addition and then hardly put any ham on it. Arugula additional costs € 3.50. Sorry, but that's just a rip off for dealing with the customer like that.

Good food, nice environment, friendly staff

The food there tastes really good and the ingredients are all fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In addition, the waiting times for the drinks and food to be served are short. You have plenty of seats (even in Corona times) ... but you should still reserve ...

Cheek !!! Once and never again !!! Pasta € 9.60 for 7 FILLED NOODLES ?? Are you serious?? Not even my 5 year old son is fed up !!! Make the stink with the salad? Really? Absolute cheek! Will advise anyone who asks me if they should eat with you !!!

I would go to the L'Osteria Neumarkt any time again. The food was very satisfactory, special requests were also received and the service was friendly. The food and drinks were also relatively quickly brought to the table.

Good food, good prices, nice atmosphere. Large place is great for a group. Across the street is a play ground. Its not associated with restaurant but was convenient to occupy our kids while we waited for rest of our party.

Great place, huge pizza's. Minus one star for the irritating amount of noise, it's sounds very much like a cafeteria.

Great location, tasty pizza(super thin crust fyi). The place is huge and the outside seating is great appreciated in the spring. We plan on making it a regular date night as we can do two pies, two drinks and a salad for €30ish.

This place used to be a 5 star restaurant. Not sure what happened but it needs some work to be at that level again. Pizza over baked. Pizza lacking a balance of ingredients. Waiters and waitresses not following instructions. Desserts seemed to be spoiled out not fresh. Staff takes a while to bring you your order.
